Plastic Model Kit
The
early RADAR installed on the PBY-5A Catalinas was
crude and very limited, but it worked well enough
that the Black Cats were able to sink over 10,000
tons and seriously damage another 24,000 tons of Japanese
merchant shipping in their night attacks. (Get the

Plastic kit features fully engraved panel lines and
rivet detail, highly detailed cockpit interior and

depth charges for anti-submarine patrols to a range
of close to 3000 miles. Plastic kit features accurately
reproduced engines and cowlings, optional front gun

and guns. Includes realistic cockpit, detailed wing
tip floats and retraction mechanism. Bomb ordnance
and special beaching gear included. 110 pieces and
